As discussed, this is designed for businesses with more than 10 employees but would also suit businesses that have already taken part in the Lean for Micro or Lean for Business programme (that have 5-6 employees).
The key difference with this programme and the Lean for Micro/ Business programme, is that there is a significant level upskilling required with programme participants, compared to the previous programme.
In a Lean for Micro/Business programme, the assigned Lean coach led the business towards change however in this programme, the trainees will be coached on how to implement and lead their own projects, leading to more sustainable results.
